We also offer maintenance agreements to provide regular inspections of your equipment with minor cleaning and adjustments included to help maintain optimum performance.

- No overtime charges evenings or weekends. Holiday calls will be charged time and a half.

Precision Tune-up Includes:
- Inspect blower assembly
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Measure volts/amps on motors
- Test starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Clean filter or air cleaner
- Inspect accessible evap. coil, with light cleaning
- Clean condensate drain line
- Clean condenser coil
- Measure superheat/subcooling
- Monitor refrigerant pressures
- Check appropriate system temperatures
- Inspect air duct systems
- Document all findings and/or difficiencies
